Refund policy

Due to candy being a perishable item and in compliance with The Food & Drug Administration (FDA) policies, we can not accept any return on products. Products may NOT be returned unless incorrect items were shipped by us. We do not accept returns for products which are not broken or delivered incorrectly. The customer will be responsible for the shipping costs on any product returned.

To ensure that you receive the correct product that you are looking to purchase, we list all product descriptions as accurately as possible. If you have any questions regarding a product please contact a customer service representative by email at customerservice@bostonfruitslice.com.

Broken or defective products will either be reshipped or the customer refunded. We can not be held responsible for any breakage of fragile products during shipping nor melted products shipping in a non-expedited shipping method during warm weather months.

Refund requests must be submitted within 10 days of receipt of product and are considered based on criteria mentioned above. To initiate a return or refund, please contact a customer service representative by email at customerservice@bostonfruitslice.com.

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)

We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange your purchase for the same item, send us an email at customerservice@bostonfruitslice.com and send your item to: Boston Fruit Slice, 2627 Watson Ave, Sanford, NC 27332.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
